Storytelling is my own source of magic. In 2018, all of the pillars that were holding up my life came crumbling down, almost all at once, so I decided to press the pause button on life. I made happiness my only ambition and set myself a promise to "do good stuff to be a better me".

Storytelling became my mirror, reminding me of who I’d been, who I was and who I wanted to be and the impact was instant. So, I decided to turn my journal into a blog, sharing my self love stories with others in the hope that they would be inspired to do the same. And, it was on that scribbled-down adventure that I realised just how Mindless I'd become.

I looked around at my life and realised just how Mindless we've all become.

It was on this journey of self-discovery, I realised just how mindless I'd become, in every aspect of my life. I had a total shift in consciousness, almost in an instant. Seeing the positive changes this elevated consciousness had brought to my own life, I wanted to share it with others, in ways that connect us, empower us and make the world a better place. That's when Mindless was born.
