Support Resources

Each month at Mindless, we discuss Careers + Stuff That Matters. The campaign topics range from topics such as mental health, feminism, disability, sexuality, and more. We know that some of these topics can be triggering and so we want to provide the right support and additional resources needed to help. Please find below a variety of global resources. If you're struggling, reach out. You are not alone.

Anxiety UK

Charity providing support if you have been diagnosed with an anxiety condition.

A charity helping people living with manic depression or bipolar disorder.
