"In 2018, when all the pillars of my life crumbled and mental health hit rock bottom, I knew I had to rebuild myself from scratch. I tried everything - from psychotherapy and coaching to meditation and mindfulness, Buddhism, Stoicism and everything in between. When I discovered the power of the pen, journaling became my daily therapy. It was how I worked out who I'd been, who I was and who I wanted to be. And, it was on that scribbled down journey that I realised just how ‘mindless’ I'd become. I soon turned my journal into a blog, which then grew into a passionate global community of storytellers, united by a shared mission to raise awareness around stuff that really matters—sustainability, feminism, consumption, sexuality, body image and mental health to name a few. As the Mindless community grew, so did our impact—leading to partnerships with universities, charities, and responsible employers to create transformative experiences that unlock human potential and inspire positive change. I’m bursting with pride and gratitude for what we’ve created so far and the dreams we’re about to turn into reality.
