6.5 Submitting AI-generated work as your own without permission or disclosure may result in removal from the programme.

10. Cancellations and Refunds
10.1 If you purchase directly from Mindless Academy, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law, unless:
You have already accessed programme materials,
Joined live sessions, or
Begun the Service.
10.2 After programme access has begun, refunds will not be provided unless required by law.
10.3 University-funded places are governed by agreements between Mindless Academy and the institution; cancellation for these programmes is not handled by Mindless Academy directly.
11. Availability of the Platform
11.1 We aim to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Internet outages
LearnWorlds platform issues
Third-party service interruptions
Scheduled maintenance
Technical failures outside our reasonable control We will always update you of any platform issues and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
