Used by Mindless Academy (3rd Party)

TESTCOOKIESENABLED, VISITOR_PRIVACY_METADATA, YSC, CONSENT: YouTube is a Google owned platform for hosting and sharing videos. YouTube collects user data through videos embedded in websites, which is aggregated with profile data from other Google services in order to display targeted advertising to web visitors across a broad range of their own and other websites. (Targeting Cookies)

_GRECAPTCHA, CONSENT: This domain is owned by Google Inc. Although Google is primarily known as a search engine, the company provides a diverse range of products and services. Its main source of revenue however is advertising. Google tracks users extensively both through its own products and sites, and the numerous technologies embedded into many millions of websites around the world. It uses the data gathered from most of these services to profile the interests of web users and sell advertising space to organisations based on such interest profiles as well as aligning adverts to the content on the pages where its customer's adverts appear. (Targeting Cookies)

_GA, _GAT, _GID: Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Through the use of a tracking code embedded into web pages, Google Analytics collects data about user interactions with the website, such as page views, session duration, and bounce rate to provide insights into user behaviour, helping website owners optimise their online presence. This cookie is used to throttle the request rate and it expires after one minute. (Analytics & Performance Cookies)

SESSIONID: Microsoft Teams is a collaboration platform developed by Microsoft, designed to facilitate communication and teamwork within organisations. Teams allows users to chat, meet, call, and collaborate in real-time, bringing together various tools and features under one unified interface. This cookie identifies a user’s unique session for login, authentication, and data purposes. Each time a user logs in, a different session ID is created so information is stored and passed between the client and server for that session only. (Functional Cookies)

Please note that we have configured Google Analytics to anonymise the data it processes.

We periodically review the cookies we use and update our cookie table and this website privacy notice and cookie policy accordingly.

Where the table indicates that we use essential cookies, we will use your personal information on the basis that it is in our legitimate interests to do so as essential cookies are necessary for our website to work. Please contact us at info@mindlessacademy.com if you would like further detail about our legitimate interests.

Where we collect information about you from our website using non-essential cookies, we will use your personal information on the basis that you have given us your consent. There is a cookie banner on our homepage which asks for your consent to place cookies on your device.

You can control and/or delete cookies being placed by configuring your browser. For more details, see www.aboutcookies.org or www.allboutcookies.org. You can also delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site, and some services and functionalities may not work or stop working properly.

Links within our website to other websites, such as Instagram and LinkedIn and any other links to third party websites we may add from time to time, are not covered by this privacy notice and cookie policy. You should review the privacy information on those websites to find out how they may use your personal information.

Third parties that our website links you to may also use cookies, over which we have no control. The third parties may include, for example, advertising networks and providers of external services such as web traffic analysis services. These third-party cookies are likely to be analytical or performance cookies or targeting cookies and will each have their own cookie policy in place that can provide you with further information that explains how they will use cookies.
